a 6months old baby after good nutrition

Breast milk is the best food in the first 6 months of a baby's life. Mothers should be very concerned about infant feeding until six months. During this 6-month period, the baby's growth is very fast and the baby grows well by eating good food. In the first days of life (in the first week), the baby's weight decreases slightly, but from the second week, the baby returns to its original weight. The reason for this weight loss is the baby exit from uterine. With proper growth and good nutrition at the end of 6 months, a baby's weight will two fold compare to its weight at birth.

Feeding the baby in the first 6 months is exclusive to feeding with mother's milk. The child does not need any other nutrients. For the first 6 months without consulting a physician, giving sugar water, decoction, and arbitrary treatment are completely wrong, and it causes a child's food and non-food sensitivity at an older age and increases risk of illness.

It is usually advisable to breastfeed the baby according to the child's wishes and in fact whenever he or she is hungry. Until 6 months, the baby consumes 8 to 12 servings of milk daily to provide the nutrients needed for organs growth.
